Drew Engineering is a VAR (Value Added Reseller) so we do installation, training,
sales, technical, and support. Bugs are identified and sent to the development group,
enhancement requests are sent to the channel manager, and we all work the support
side so as a trainer you will more than likely talk to me if you have an issue to get
resolved. We are very personable, and want a first name basis with our customers
and want to provide them a tool that is up and running and working as promised.

Drew Engineering and Concurrent Systems Incorporated provide the support for
Design Data Manager Products. The local resellers are the first line of support. Drew
Engineering is the second line support for all of its DDM (Design Data Manager)
customers. CSI is the last line of support and will be contacted by Drew Engineering
should we need their expertise to solve your issues.
There are 20 resellers worldwide for Design Data Manager and each provides front
line support for their customers. Of these 20 4 work for Drew Engineering as we are
the North American Reseller.
Drew Engineering has access to the CRM database where we enter all support calls
into the database. Each DDM customer has their own entry in the CRM database so
the history and entries are specific to a customer. This is done to provide better
support and to look for patterns or problem areas. This allows CSI to monitor what
issues the customers are having in the field.
Drew Engineering is in constant contact with CSI everyday and we use the same type
of communications that we offer our customer base. CSI also uses a web support tool
called "Netviewer" to support our customers when necessary.

Drew Engineering continues to use "Go To Meeting" software to provide demos and technical
support! This software works great and allows us to support our customers wherever we are.
All support calls are stored in a database that provides us with history but also shows any
trends that may be happening.
